For companies seeking a stronger approach to collections we offer ESQ Legal Services. If Accounts have cycled through Core Collection Company and have been reported to the credit bureau and the debtor still has not been motivated to pay we have a separate division called ESQ Legal Services.

At your request we will send the debtor an FDCPA compliant demand letter that has a different look, return address and telephone number than our Core Collection Company letters. Our staff will make subsequent phone contacts with the debtor stressing our clients legal rights and possible remedies that can be undertaken.

This strategy has been very successful and is of course offered at no cost. This is a good alternative strategy for clients who are not looking to file civil action against debtors or a good last resort before filing suit.
